Shipping & Delivery
We pride ourselves on our speed of dispatch items in stock ordered before 17:00 will usually be dispatched on the same day (excluding Saturday afternoons, Sundays or Bank Holidays).  Standard postage (5-7 working days) is FREE on all items and faster postage options are available including a 'Next Working Day' option for just £3.00.
Privacy & Security
Having been in business for 28 years we understand how important your privacy and security is, this website is secure and safe.  .
Returns & Replacements
We will gladly replace any items that are the wrong size providing they are received in the same condition they were dispatched (address below).  We are unable to refund any postage costs for returned items. Simpy send the item back to-

Refunds will be given if the item is received back to us within 14 days of purchase and received in the same condition as they were dispatched in.  Please note we are unable to refund any of our postage upgrade options services.
Ordering
Items can be ordered and paid for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.  However, we are likely to only be able to respond to emails or phonecalls between 09:00-17:00 Monday through to Saturday.  In the unlikely event an item is ordered but is out of stock, you will be informed, although we will do our very best to offer you a practical alternative within 48 hours of your order.  You would of course be entitled to an immeadiate refund should the item be out of stock.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments can be made through Paypal and all major debit and credit cards.  We do our best to search for the best quality running products at the best prices and pass the discount on to you, our customers.  We are unable to price-match other websites but do our best to offer competitive prices and original deals or offers.
Viewing Orders
You can track the progress of your order, simply 'log in' to your account and look under 'orders'.  This will show you whether you order has been dispatched and on what day.  You will receive a shippment email and tracking number (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
